Hey bipto,

i am wondering if you guys still felt save and protected in the cabin after all the strange things you experienced. Did you lock the door from inside during the night? I definitely would ;-)

In general, we feel safe enough. It's hard to say how much protection that cabin would provide if one of them was determined to hurt us, but the vast majority of their behavior is not confrontational.

Listen to the last Bigfootshow, there is a long discussion about how it is not really possible for there to be hoaxers, if you want in-depth info.

You are talking about the one dated 9-9-2012?

Well Bipto, you sure make it difficult to be a skeptic. I don't believe many folks when it comes to bf but I've always thought you were the real deal. Don't let us down!

Speaking of the real deal, how about John Green? Does he know about your project and have you ever thought it would be neat to get an old bf'er to an active area for a chance to finally see one?

We don't have a lot of contact with John, but we have had some over the years. I doubt he'd make the trip (and the conditions are pretty rough), but I'm sure if he asked we'd accomodate him.

Thanks, Terry, I appreciate that.

The cost/benefit calculation doesn't fly. We aren't out that much money and I doubt any judge would place a lot of value on bigfoot blood. There are still three more samples, so we'll see.

With all due respect I think the matter is a straight forward breach of contract issue between you and the lab. You paid X dollars for a sample of blood to be analyzed and the sample was not analyzed. As long as the sample was legally obtained the lab has an obligation to carry out its contractual obligation. If any judge ruled against you because of what the sample of blood was purported to be, the judge would be in error and such prejudice itself would be actionable. No judge in their right mind is going to put themselves on record as being such an idiot. I really think you need to revisit your decision not to pursue the matter further.

As a service to other people who may want to have their samples tested I would suggest that you post the name of the lab and the address so others will not send samples to them.
