Guest
It's a public page and you don't have to be a member of facebook to read it. It's the first article/video on the top left called bigfoot 101. We have been talking about all the comments under that video. There are a lot of them. https://www.facebook...?ref=ts&fref=ts Thanks...The only stuff I see as far as Musky goes is his supporting the Dyer attack on this woman. Pretty strange for Musky to chase after that *RED HERRING* at this juncture though. Why even *go there*? Looks like this is the type of *bait* he relishes after...so he jumped in there as well. Doesn't bode well as to his character though.
Oonjerah
My Opinion, ATM: Bf Body: Likely, based on what Christopher Noel said. Where is it? No idea. Rick Dyer: DDSS. He doesn't have The Body. Rinse & Repeat 2008. "Musky Allen": Anonymous, immature. Doesn't inspire confidence. Minnow Films: Looking forward to seeing "Of Monsters and Men" (in March?). Guest
Maybe after the "unveiling the body will be sent to the taxidermist ; D They better have taken SUBSTANTIAL precautions to preserve from the get go...it's been 5 months and the body would be exposed to MAJOR decomposition over this time frame. I wonder whether they are actually 'doing' the body visit right now and those threads on FBFB are just confusing people and are being posted by Dyers team to distract people? Guest njjohn
@ Jacki - You told me to take a quick course, so I researched @ Ronn1 - Yes, full embalm, but Musky specifically said partial. Jacki - you also assume Dyer would let anyone have his login info. He's a control freak. If he's not in control, even of the situation, he lashes out. Guest Nalajr
There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that this whole thing is a HOAX. I'd say he told the people making the documentary "hey you want me to show you how gullible these Sassy believer really are? They are so ignorant and gullible that they'll believe ANYTHING as long as their is a glimmer of hope that a Sassy body is at the end of it." The film makers probably though, sure, go ahead, this might make for some great copy. I think this sick and mentally ill man hates those in the SASSY Community so much that he is willing to do whatever he can to make them look worse than anyone can imagine. He wants to prove to people that you all are nothing but a first rate bunch of certifiable KOOKS that will believe even the most ridiculous story about killing a Sassy. This guy is a narcissist, he's gotta have the attention on HIM at all times. If he DID kill a SASSY and has the body, he'd be charging people money to come in and see it. He'd be trying to sell it to the highest bidder. There would be MUCH more money involved by him going public and showing it off to legitimate news organizations than there will be from this little knows Film Company making a movie about people that love to chase monsters. There's money in that end, but not nearly as much as there would be if he just rolled it out and proved it. I think if he killed one and had the body he wouldn't care a thing about those that backed him in the past, he'd toss them out like yesterdays trash because he would see those $$$ right in front of him. The Mushy guy, he's right in there with him on it. It only stands to reason, he also HATES the Sassy community and would jump at the chance to make them look like a bunch of FOOLS, especially at the hands of one of the BIGGEST FRAUDS the Internet has seen. Is this not that same guy that called in to Coast 2 Coast and told a story about how he was a student in Spain and a man followed him down to the beach one night and turned into a Werewolf?? How much he owns of the 'body' we dont know. But he couldnt just charge whatever to whoever as its not all his sassy apparantly.....
Guest blackbriar
Which one is that blackbriar? Did the film contain a hoax ie. were the audience watching hoaxed by what they saw? I mean that from what they have said about the film, I think its just a film about the extremes that people will go to to prove existence of monsters, if they were wanting Rick dyer in it after his past exploits then it looks like its not a film about bigfoot at all, just the depths people sink to and show then attempting a hoax. Guest Nalajr
JackiLB, did you not read what the lawyer said in his post? Pretty cut and dry if you ask me. He shoots it, HE OWNS IT. He could do anything he wanted with it and the other parties would have to march into court with attorneys and sue him to get what they believe is their share. It's the same way with those NDA's everyone crows about all the time. They aren't worth the paper they're printed on unless you have the money to hire a lawyer and go into court and proceed with 2 years of legal action to enforce it. Guest
They may not only have an NDA with him...but a bonafied contract that goes to him procuring a BF for them. He would then be a partner.
Cisco
I don't agree with the FB lawyers statement. In fact, I had the opportunity to speak with my attorney today, about a non-Bigfoot related matter Anyhow, after he took me "off the clock" I asked him what Texas law would dictate regarding an animal that was shot on private property, with and without the owners permission. He told me that the animal would belong to the land owner, unless a prior agreement was in place, with the land owner, that was specific to the animal in question. In other words, if I give you permission to shoot a deer on my ranch you're allowed to keep the deer. If you shoot a cougar instead, then the deal we had in place is not valid as it only pertained to deer and the cougar would belong to me. I don't know where this FB lawyer practices law but my attorney made it pretty clear that this is not unique to just Texas. However, he's only licensed to practice law in Texas so his opinion is only relevant to Texas. What the FB lawyer is claiming, is that you can walk onto a privately owned ranch in Texas, without permission, shoot the biggest deer on the property and you would be allowed to keep the deer. Does that make ANY sense? No state would ever have a law that allowed people to harvest animals from private land, without permission, and keep the animal. I think the FB attorney must represent Rick and Musky. I hope he's not the one that drafted the NDA. Although, it may explain why it's so mixed up? Oonjerah
Oonj's Galloping Guesswork about the Shooting Scene: (Wherein Minnow Films has written permission from the land owner to camp & film there; They were not, certainly, expecting a real Sasquatch.) It's after 2 in the a.m. when the Bf returns to the bait for 2nds. MF crew is filming this. RD steps out of tent and offs the Bf; MF crew freaks, calls the Cops. Cops come & 1 of 3 things happens: 1. Cop says, "this is an Animal;" F&G Dept is called. RD is fined for hunting Bf out of season; body is confiscated. 2. Cop says, "this is almost human ... in fact, it is human." RD spends rest of night in jail; Bf goes to City Morgue. 3. Cops thinks, "We learned in training what to do if a Bigfoot ever shows up on our watch." Proper Authorities are called, MIB take the body, picking it up at the City Morgue. If there was a body, there is no way Dyer has it! If he had it, the Show & Tell moves would have started in September. However, I'm pretty conflicted about saying, "Maybe there really was a body!" ETA: 4. At least one cop is a Footer and says, "This is the find of the century! Call an Anthro- pologist, quick!!" Guest VioletX
My own theory is that no authorities were on the scene, but were an afterthought or just a phone call to someone. Cryptocrew says it is all going down tonight... eh..why not??? http://www.thecryptocrew.com/2013/02/breaking-news-tent-video.html
