Old Dog
I nominate Bill Green. The guy is always positive and never has a harsh word for anyone. Not really a field research kind of guy, but always interested and always hopeful that the truth is just around the corner. Although I haven't seen him post for a while, I always enjoyed his input. You knew it was him when you read the end of his post and he asked you to keep him updated.
Guest DWA
The year of the Sasquatch is quickly becoming the year of empty.promises Well, backing the wrong horses for over a half-century will do that. Generally, in this field, if it's getting a lot of public attention...it's a sideshow. Bindernagel; Meldrum; TBRC; and the BFRO database, if not "Finding Bigfoot." That line is better than 90% of the worthwhile work in bigfootery right now. Of course, every day a researcher spends in the field is a contribution. I would just hope that all the researchers have done their homework. That would help.

Guest
It's a wonder anyone takes BF seriously with those two in the mix. Come on now some of the others in the list either participated in a hoax or have been sitting on proof for years? How naive do they think we are? Excuses only work temporarily. Guest
I really think that award should have gone to Melba Ketchum. She really out did her self, Dyer could only wish he could get the amount of supporters and attention she has accumulated. Give it up for Melba! xspider1
Along with others above, I would also like to nominate Bill Munns for the following reasons: Although Bill is not a Primatologist by trade, his approach to the subject is as honest and as qualified as anyone ever, imo. His patience with BF proponents and with BF detractors as well has been stellar. He has been entirely forthcoming, very organized and as transparent as possible with his research for several years. When Bill finishes his exhaustive studies of the Patterson-Gimlin Film, we will know beyond the shadow of a reasonable doubt, if it were even possible for Patty to have been a costume. If the answer to that is no then voila! ~> proof of Bigfoot.
