Another day of trail clearing. These are all of my father in laws dog sled trails.

I've a heart arrhythmia problem, so my outdoor jaunts have been curtailed.

But friends are recommending the trick of wrapping duct tape around your ankles, sticky side out.

And of course tuck your pants cuffs into your socks, and tuck in your shirt. Try to keep the demons on the outer surface of your clothing.

Sorry to hear that. Hope you can alleviate it somehow.

Thanks for the suggestion! I guess I need to plan ahead better before entering the woods.

That brings back memories of clearing trails every Spring with Thomas Steenburg and Bill Miller, on the route used for Bill's "Sasquatch Country Adventure Tours". Chainsaws, hedge trimmers, and brush hooks to clear a section Thomas dubbed "face slap alley"  About 4 km from a beautiful waterfall to a great lookout  over Harrison Lake.

I was going to ask the same - I think it might be the new 500.

edit: looked at pics, it’s not a 500i.

I have a 044 that I bought in 1990. That saw is my new 661. 32 inch bar.

Usually I just pack my little electric saw. But I had some big stuff to buck today.

I may have to get @Madison5716 one of these:

Oh, norse, love the leather ammo holder. Gorgeous. Show the whole thing.

Beautiful photos, everyone. I'm out of thumbs ups.

I'd actually wear that shirt, NorthWind. You know I love my Trek.
