I'm a newcomer to this subject as I recently discovered the interest in this when I came across a showing of "Skin Walker Ranch." I've been lucky enough to squeeze two careers in my life,. 20 years in the USCG and another 20+ in State (NJ) and Federal LE.

Greetings! I live in Northern Wisconsin on the shores of The Big Lake and before that I lived in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Like many here, I have been interested in Bigfoot since I was a child and saw the Patterson-Gimlin film on television. I happened across this forum while doing a search for the unknown biped found in Oregon after the Columbus Day storm after first learning about it on Mountain Beast Mysteries. I am not very experienced with forums so I am thanking you for your patience ahead of time!

 

I enjoyed reading and own Jeff Meldrum's book Sasquatch: Legend Meets Science and like his approach to this Bigfoot mystery. Anthropology was one of my favorite college courses and often thought about how it could pertain to Bigfoot. I almost went on an All-Female Bigfoot Expedition in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan but when I found out about it I had just missed the sign-up date. 

 

I am looking forward to joining you on this Bigfoot awareness journey!

There is really nothing more to say, I find the Bigfoot phenomenon curious, saw some videos on youtube of spooky screams in the woods and I'm kinda hooked. Would be cool to get approved so I can check out more content here.

Hello!  My name is Bernie and I'm from New York City.  I've been fascinated by the Sasquatch topic since the early 70's when I saw The Legend of Boggy Creek in a movie theater.  As a "city-dweller" all of my life, I've had less opportunity for an encounter than most, but I am still a believer and follow the topic respectfully and with great interest.  Thank you for adding me to this forum.  I look forward to reading other other's experiences and opinions and learning from them.
