I'm watching the break up of a bromance. I feel like I've fallen into a whirlpool of stupid.

And another blossoms.......

Actually, I've had them leave piles across roads and trails as a deterrent. Sort of a "No trespassing" sign.

Not sure what to make of the sheer number here, though.

What do you base your statement that the scat was from sasquatch on? Scientific analysis or just a guess?

I will say again that I do understand your anger but no one is supposed to know the results of the study. I assume you must have gotten more information than you had a year ago to change how you feel about the incident, so in essence, you've let us know what results to expect.

I don't think DR has changed how he feels about the central premise of the incident. Exhibit A:

No bodies were recovered that I'm aware of. I led the recovery effort and the only thing found was a bone frag with some hair on it. I do believe Justins story. I have all along and I have my reasons. I will not speak to the sex of the adult, I'm under an NDA

Ummmm my take is if you believe this story, it would appear Bigfoot could careless about his family.

No raging Bigfoot daddy came out of the woods to do anything, no heads or arms removed, no infra-sound action, or mind speak.

That camo invisibility didn't seem to be working to well either.

Justin and his buddy where running around the woods for what 20-30min pretty much shooting fish in barrel, telepathic powers must only be in the adults or not at all?

I guess the adult didn't have quite the handle on what gun was either?

This story and the behavior displayed pretty much flys in the face of the intelligent master of the woods or about 99.9% of the malarkey that so many attribute to this yet unproven species IMO

You are actually more my type than DR. ;)

I don't think DR has changed how he feels about the central premise of the incident. Exhibit A:

So why kick Justin out of the group now? The only conclusion I can draw from this is that the sample must be something other than animal. The best thing would be to continue with the "Some good must come out of a bad situation".

Since you are under an NDA, I know you can't spill the beans yet. But can you answer some vague questions to get us back on topic?

-is there a fossil record if Sasquatch, and we never associated the bones, teeth, etc to make the connection?

- if so is it commonly found in most museums or "rare"? Lol about rare. Obviously rare.

- is your book complete, and just waiting for release now?

- lastly, how did she notify submitters when their samples were complete? Did she call and say yes its a squatch, then once she wrote the paper, call and explain what it actually is?

Thanks.

I don't see what the piles of poo have to do with the story, its been talked about here as though its evidence to support the STORY.

Any legitimate researcher will testify that the BF will not leave there deposits out in the open, but rather cover them, I do beleive they are bear scats, nothing more

If BF scats were that easy to come by, we wouldn't have this forum

I'm not sure who qualifies as a "legitimate researcher" as I tend to dabble in Bigfoot and have not received my PHD in Bigfootology.

That being said, it would not matter if Bigfoot leave their scats in the open or not. Why would that endanger them in any way? It's not like a family out hiking is going to come across a big pile of poo and pick it up. Even hunters or other outdoors-man would just attribute the scat to a bear.

In fact, a Bigfoot could walk up onto my front yard, take a dump and I would just think it was left by the St. Bernard down the street.

Although I would probably be considered an "illegitimate" researcher, my opinion is Bigfoot could care less where he drops his load and probably gives it no more importance than any other animal.

Anyhow; what do I know? I still have a hard time pooping in the woods and much prefer my private, air conditioned and clean bathroom.

If you're talking about the reported scat at the shooting site near Frenshman's Lake (where I used to camp back in the '60s and '70s), I'm simply going by what is reported.

If you're talking about my personal experiences, these occurred in Washoe County, Nevada, in Nevada County, California, and at Ft. Lewis, Washington. I've written about most of them extensively on this forum.

If you're asking how I know that they'll leave a big fresh stinking pile in your path for you to find that appears to be a warning not to proceed further, I'll refer you to an old thread titled something like "Where's the Poop", started by Parnassus a while back.
