I wouldn't affirm in court on none of it. I would affirm in court these as two bear cubs….. same camera. No problem. Pretty easy to point out the physical features that make them bears. Bear ears on top of the head. A snout. Tapetum Lucidum (eyes reflecting flash). Did the camera get extra fuzzy between the bear cubs and the Jacobs creature? What features make the Jacobs creature a bear to you? You have admitted you do not see a tail. Great apes? Don’t have tails. But Bears do have tails. What features on the Jacob creature make it a “bear” to you? I don’t have “monkey on the brain”. I’ve explained in great detail why it’s not a Bear. Now I am asking you to explain your position. I see it for what it is…and what it’s not. Well it’s awfully funny that we can make out great detail on the cubs…. but not the creature in question. Same camera. If we can see a bear cubs ear? And I have challenged everyone here to produce a image of a Bear doing so. Grub finger has posted lots of photos to support this argument. 4) The argument that it’s a Bear with mange doesn’t hold water. It obviously has its fur-hair. Good for them. I asked YOU. You do not see a tail and yet you’re still confident it’s a Bear. And yet you cannot bring forward a convincing argument as to why you come to that conclusion. And you contradict yourself repeatedly. Why would a Bear in the early stages of mange be skinny? You’re trying to account for its limb and body proportions even though it has all its fur-hair. You can’t see a tail, but it’s still a Bear…. Even though in the cub bear photo it’s very easy to see Bear attributes. Here is a skinny mangey bear quartering away. Does it resemble a chimp?
