The Family Tree - Different Species Of Bigfoot? Or... Maybe Not? (Theory/opinion)

Dr Jane Goodall is the most notable IMO, but there are others. Chris B.

Dr. Brian Sykes is walking up the steps.

Still waiting on that forensic evidence that any scientist has shown to be from Bigfoot...

You haven't ever, in 5 years of people asking, provided one report to show this.

Well, it might be coming.

"Nature of the Beast, the First Scientific Evidence for the Survival of Apemen into Modern Times".

The report or survey was well written and impressive. It appears to be peer reviewed and explains types and origin of hairs samples collected from around the world. Samples they received, are listed from several specific locations, and were found to be from a variety of animals for a number of reasons they explained.

They use the term “ungulate†to describe a mixture of various animals.  While the samples they tested were reportedly determined to be of several non-primate animals they did conclude:

“While it is important to bear in mind that absence of evidence is not evidence of absence and this survey cannot refute the existence of anomalous primates, neither has it found any evidence in support.† Page 3 paragraph 3

It appears that in so far as this particular group is concerned, some European scholarly types are not ready to close the door on the possibility of anomalous primates of existing either.

Good document!

Nothing speaks more clearly to the intellectual bankruptcy of bigfoot skepticism than that ^^^this very clearly and concisely worded point keeps getting talked past with fingers in ears.

You ain't gonna confirm nothing with hair, because it's never been done yet.  The most one can do is say "this is interesting and merits further investigation."  More than one hair sample has indeed done that.  But to people who don't understand how this science thing works that's gonna bounce off like bullets off Superskull...er, Superman.

It's ironic you'd be the one to mention anything about intellectual bankruptcy, after what's been proven in the DNA study?

Thank you for your responses, DWA. Much appreciated...

Elk exiting wallow at 1:30 -

https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=elk+wallow

It's a good thing that Bigfoot can levitate, though...

Yep, he gets up and puts his feet...right where there are no feet in the Skookum cast.

Come on.  Why does this keep happening?  "Patty isn't real, here look at this"...and you look and it reinforces that Patty's not a fake.  "Look, Skookum's an elk"...and...

People with considerable knowledge about wildlife ...and scientists with significant knowledge about primates...reviewed Skookum.  Daris Swindler was a bigfoot skeptic until he identified an Achilles' tendon in the cast.

Pareidolia cuts two ways.  And if you're telling me that was Swindler's problem...Occam says, you're wrong.

But people place all their chips in this game on the opinion of scientists who have made no better study of the evidence than they have.  Don't show me your degrees.  Show me you are using them.  Daris did.

Has Swindler or anyone else explained how a primate could leave no footprints when exiting the wallow?

Bill Cosby and a Sasquatch walk into a bar...

And another female comes forward as the bigfoot leans over and whispers to the bartender saying, "This man over here abused me."

So, how could a primate could leave no footprints when exiting the wallow? Has Swindler, Meldrum, Bindernagel, etc ever explained that? It's a pretty big thing to overlook...

Weren't elk tracks located at that site? As demonstrated in the video, an elk doesn't need to levitate in order to exit the wallow...

Simple; and any of us who've been in the woods a lot could tell you the answer: the ground where it got up didn't take prints, that simple. That wasn't overlooked.

Neither was the fact that an elk *would* have to levitate to leave that wallow, because as we can see from the video, it left no tracks where they would have to be...and weren't - in the Skookum cast.

Nothing was overlooked. That doesn't happen too often when scientists with relevant expertise are focused on something. Happens a lot, though, when people who just want to win an argument don't read up.

Never mind that somebody is overlooking a huge Achilles' tendon that a specialist, a bigfoot skeptic, didn't overlook.

AGAIN! Explain what's in front of you. Don't try to discount it by making stuff up.
