Lol. Don't feel too bad they run from me too!

There's one that will work if BF are in hearing distance, but the downside is that the disk jockey had better leave the hall before the dance is over.  :o  Some tunes shouldn't be played in certain neighborhoods.  :fie:

Seem to be talking around what is probably a race issue.      Now that is a different idea.     Stand out in BF habitat and hurl verbal insults at the woods to try to provoke BF to show itself.   Best have cameras running and a fast escape car.

hello SWWASASQUATCHPROJECT,

Yeah, but dissing Ol' Stinky has got to be easier than my idea of rolling in skunk cabbage ;) And I agree with Norseman, Branco, 'fess up. The reason being that I don't think it matters how encounters are produced NO ONE is going to be prepared as well as they think they might be. A real, honest to goodness "Patty" or her male counterpart showing up will turn blood to water. The reality of seeing such a creature in real time I can't even imagine. Experienced hunters lose it. What makes me think I'm any better mentally for such an experience than they are?

I know for sure if one is close and you relieve yourself it can provoke a BF. I do not know if it is seen by BF as trying to mark their territory or just disrespectful. Happened to me and another report I heard first person on line. A guy went outside in the dark, could not see a thing, and had no idea a BF was even around, so he nearly went on the BF leg who was just a few feet away standing motionless in the dark. The outraged roar nearly knocked him over.

How about, "Your Mama is a human hybrid" That should get some reaction.

HiFlier: Recently I though I was ready for a close encounter with camera mounted on my mountain bike. But the cougar jumping off the cliff right in front of me really rattled me and I forgot to turn on the camera. I hope I do not blow a close encounter with a BF like that. A 9 foot anything encounter would tend to do just that.

You'd hear an outraged roar from me if anyone ever peed on my leg!

Hmmmm....as for insults...."You look like Charleton Heston in Planet of the Apes"

https://bonesdontlie.wordpress.com/2015/10/28/challenge-accepted-is-there-archaeological-evidence-of-bigfoot-part-I/

"In 2015, Mitchel Townsend published an article that announced that they had found archaeological evidence of Bigfoot, the mysterious ape-man said to wander the woods in the Northwest of North America. The article “Proof of Bigfoot is in the bones, college instructor says†reported that Townsend had found stacked bones in the woods with evidence of large human bite marks, and that this was evidence for the existence of Sasquatch. At the end of the article, Townsend challenges scientists to refute their findings that the chewed bones they found are evidence for Bigfoot’s existence.

Challenge Accepted! Luckily for me, I have the wonderfully brilliant Lisa Bright as a colleague at MSU, and her research on taphonomy is cited in the Mills et al. 2015 study."

A rebuttal from a cited source? Should be interesting. Looks like we'll have to wait until tomorrow..

Thanks for the heads-up roguefooter. I don't expect too much since they've already made a joke out of it. Also, not published yet. Helps to get the facts straight.

Not so fast......here is the full paragraph from that link.

Challenge Accepted! Luckily for me, I have the wonderfully brilliant Lisa Bright as a colleague at MSU, and her research on taphonomy is cited in the Mills et al. 2015 study. Today, I’ll be sharing the background and possible interpretations of what the bioarchaeology and archaeology of Bigfoot would be if there was evidence, and tomorrow Lisa will share her research and discuss the issues with the Mills et al. 2015 studies. To preface this- Bigfoot is a combination of myth and hoax, not reality. This is a fun Halloween post, not something to be taken seriously. Enjoy!

......the last sentence gives it away and it appears to be just another skeptic making fun of the subject.....UPs
