I understand exactly why Dr. Ketchum is taking so long, but it doesn't mean I have to like it. I enjoy griping about it along with the rest of you. The issue is the constant reassurance of "soon". If she had just said had no comment or said "I don't know" I think my attitude would be a little different.2 points
