Hello Sunflower, Truly a shame that no one gets to see those pics posted here. Truly a shame indeed. Let me put it this way, and as kindly as I'm able: If you didn't intend to post those pics as evidence of what you said then do me a grand favor okay? Don't say anything at all. I take issue when someone waves a carrot in front of me like that- just to wave the carrot! I find it mean and fully disrespectful. So PLEASE, have some consideration for us "unfortunates" and not mention stuff like that if you've no intention of showing anyone anything. Believe it or not? That's about as nice as I can be about it.

Don't need to. The Info in the OP and 65 years of tracking every thing that walks, crawls or falls is a LOT more than anyone would need to to know to tell that was no boot print. Support your position regarding the flat surface above the track; your "boot" guess don't hack it if you can't. I thoroughly explained my opinion as to the WHOLE impression. You picked a part of the impression and based your opinion on that. (It is a BF knuckled hand print; I seen others to compare it to. How about you?)

My Old Man, was in the Air Force as an M.P. in country for two years 69-71. I don't know exactly why, but as an M.P. he had to go through Survival Training School in the Pacific NW. Same as the pilots. In HIS briefing before the dreaded two weeks in the woods with only 2 days of food and whatever would be in is survival kit, he was briefed on what animals that inhabited the area. One of which was what he later recalled was a" large bi-pedal humanoid, that goes out of its way NOT to be detected, known to the locals as Sasquatch". He told me that this very basic sketch of the creature was in his opinion to be "a mind game" to seed another thing to be scared of besides being captured, starving to death or of exposure. So, he just ignored it. Remember this was '68, no one had really heard of Bigfoot. It wasn't until the 70's and watching In Search Of that he remembered that briefing. And till this day the old ******* still refuses to even speculate the idea that they exist. Jeez.
