  1. Hello DWA, As much as I hate to say this I'm going to say it. You're doing more harm than good. There is not to much that is healthy when dancing around the dearth.....no, nonviable, element of circumstantial evidence. It's time for you to wake up. It's time for you to admit you cannot see dmakers side. The U.S. Government says there's not enough evidence to prove Alien existence. dmaker says there's not enough evidence to prove Bigfoot. Personally I don't see the issue. YOU on the other hand have failed to prove there is a Bigfoot regardless of pseudo-clever, flowery, dialogue. I give you credit for sticking to your guns but the guns are shooting blanks. I agree that the reports, as well as the evidence, is speaking to a possible relict biped. It in know way however verifies that biped. Some like yourself, and even myself, will say that it does. But the fact remains that a hardline skeptic will win the argument every time. Get used to it. I did. I simply admitted that there's no scientific justification for the beast; no matter that I may wish it to be otherwise.

  2. What's to debate with dmaker? The evidence is lacking. Is there a debate about that? Look, I'm a skeptic that wants to believe, that hopes something comes thru to prove the big guy's existence. But to berate an avowed skeptic because he (correctly) points out there is no proof is a mistake. Put up and make the avowed skeptics shut up.

  3. Hello DWA, Nothing on a BF Forum is. What constitutes being a "requirement"- or not- is pretty much a personal opinion. Ya wanna read? Then read. Ya don't? Then don't. Either way one's opinion has value and is welcomed. If you say something isn't required reading, well, it's your opinion; not the standard. I think maybe you should relax a bit? Just sayin'.

  4. Nah, you're putting an invalid spin on it. I will take you at your word that you hallucinate. Someone else MIGHT, but that's not the same as "everyone does" which seems to be what you're trying to insinuate. We're not all as messed up as you in the same ways as you, we have our own different and creative ways and amounts of being messed up. That's just how it is. So far as I can tell I've never hallucinated anything in my life unless this whole existence is a hallucination and you're a figment of my imagination just like everyone else. The take-away: not everyone is hallucinating every bigfoot they see. MIB

  5. Hello SWWASASQUATCHPROJECT, I read all your posts as do all members' posts. And I have a good respect for things that you write, but may I? I would like to switch "he", "dmaker", and "his", with "mainstream science", "it's" and "it" and see how dmaker holds up then. In my humble opinion "several scientists". Is not much more than say, 0.00000001% of all scientists. Hardly what I'd call a swaying number. It would seem that the "several scientists" have not been convincing to many of their PhD peers either. Just to put things into some perspective. To be a hardline skeptic is not possessinbg a flat earth mentality. The hardline keeps the reality of no proof at center stage- right where it belongs. "Several scientists" may be CONVINCED but the bottom line on that is this: they have no proof either. Love-15....dmaker. It's now his serve but, If I remember correctly, he rarely serves.

  6. Dmaker would "begin to rethink his beliefs if he got evidence from a reliable source". Evidence in the form of good HD would do the same thing. But he is not holding his breath because BF "does not exist". There are several scientists that are convinced of BF, that have provided evidence but that has done nothing to open up even the possibility in his mind. He keeps saying there is not any evidence. I don't know who would be good enough to provide such evidence for him if several PHDs are not good enough to even open the possibility in his mind. He is the modern day equivalent of a flat earther with regards to BF. I keep hoping for some good HD video of my own, but in his case, immediately I would be accused of being a Hollywood level costumer and my HD video a hoax. His belief system is just too strong to be swayed by any evidence from any source. He could have a personal encounter and it would probably send him into shock and denial. He probably would rather think he hallucinated than accept the possibility that BF exists. I think it a waste of time to engage with him quite frankly.

  7. Since the topic of this thread is "It will not make any difference" What difference will it make to you DMaker, and others like you, when your DNA proof comes along? Will you accept that? Or is your belief system so strong (and wrong) that you will become like a flat earther and continue to claim that everyone including genetic science is wrong? What will you say to all the witnesses that you claim have been mistaken?

  8. Researchers have been collecting evidence for 60 years. DNA is a fairly new science. If they are out there, someone will find the needle in the haystack evidently. Unless it's true that BF has Hss mito. If that's the case, I guess the BFs get the last laugh. (Snelgrove lake comes to mind.) It might not seem probable, but it's possible, so I choose not to dismiss that possibility. (Although I think we have to dismiss anything and everything that came from the 5 year DNA study - but that's another topic).
