Do your own fact finding and post it here, I'll be waiting to critique it. In the meantime I’m having a discussion. Get a life you are boring me. No hostility. Have you forgotten that this is a bigfoot forum and you are posting in a thread called "bigfoot beheads people" ?? If you are not asserting bigfoot, what are you asserting, and why are you making off-topic assertions in this thread? If you want a PRIVATE discussion, that's what we have the PM system for. If you're posting publicly, expect public participation. It's a forum. That's the way it works.

I was pleasantly surprised last night, at my wife's big family dinner, when my oldest bro-in-law, a retired school principal, responded very positively to my mention of the subject. We got into a fairly lengthy discussion, where he brought up the question of what I thought it might be; neanderthal offshoot, G.Blacki, unknown primate, or what. Turns out he's been following the recent developments in dna testing of ancient fossil finds, like Denisova and Floresiensis, and is genuinely curious. Who knew? In general, I'm not shy about broaching the subject to anyone, as I'm old enough (70) to not give a crap about what anyone thinks of my mental state, nor is it likely to affect my career, being semi-retired, working at what I please, when I please. I guess that's one advantage of being an old fart!

It's no stretch to me as a scientific theory to think bigfoot could be another hominin like us that survived to present day especially if they are better adapted for life without things like fire or tools. We know other hominins existed in the past, discovered , measured the whole bit, so it really isn't the burden of the searchers to put forth the science, it's already done, it's just a matter of showing it's extant and here in the US. I'm with LCB, location and timing will likely bring results.

I don't think they'll participate in a census.
