  1. You mean like bigfoot being a myth or reality isn't at the heart of all discussions here between skeptics and proponents?

  2. It wasn't in response to anything other than the belief that bigfoot is purely a myth. I will comment on that as I wish. What word are you talking about?

  3. The analysis by our friend just keeps on getting more bizarre. I have no hope of this ending well.

  4. It sounds like they are taking the 1st step to make some kind of contact. The ball may be in your court. Maybe start a gifting area, I wouldn't go the food route, maybe some unbreakable toys. Of course if he wants them gone, motion detector lights, and game cams.

  6. Norseman, that is exactly what the trackway I found years ago indicated; they started at snowline on a logging road that led across a pass from one creek valley to an adjacent river valley. In the summer, I stood at the crest of that same pass, and watched a young bear splashing in a pool in a small meadow several hundred yards below me. I could see a sasquatch being attracted to the same thing.

  7. because the masons understood geometry????? sorry bud but not getting that analogy. I'll throw you a bone. If sasquatch does not exist or ever existed in north America? I think the likeliest scenario is that they brought their memory of a like animal in siberia/asia across the land bridge with them. with northwest indians being the late comers with the latest memories unlike say south american indians. it doesnt explain my experience around 1980, and I think there is more to it but like I said ill throw you a bone here.

  8. So you're asking me for a cover up that I was directly involved in? Not sure of the relevance to the discussion but yes there was one cover up in Desert Storm that I was witness to which involved a soldier being killed. He was a reservist from New Mexico and was temporarily attached to our battalion, he died in a truck accident. The military rented civilian trucks with no seat belts. They knew about the problem but said drive them anyways. People drive absolutely bat crazy in Saudi Arabia, so no seat belts were high risk. His truck got hit hard and he went out the window and under some wheels. Our battalion commander told us to our faces that they were directly blaming him even though we all knew what really happened. If I knew his name I would gladly tell his parents what really happened. You don't need to worry about my benefit. How many more reasons are you going to come up with for not releasing details of the story? Seriously this is like excuse number four. If you really don't have any details then just say so.

  9. Recently viewed a DVD titled Sasquatch Chronicles (circa ~1999) which appeared to be sort of a historical chronology on Byrnes, Dahindren, Green & Krantz's efforts. What struck me is that (apparently) none of these people had a visual FTF style sighting yet they are somehow postulated as the "Four Horsemen" of Sasquatchery. IMO, that is a large part of what is wrong with this entire endeavour.
