  2. ^^^^Well some of us think the purpose of the forum is to keep people informed of our progress. Those that have commercial interests have their own websites and don't need the forum. Skeptics look on researchers as punching bags when we post evidence supporting the existence of BF. There are a number of researchers that have just given up posting here because of that. Flying cows comes to mind.

  3. Good Bye, Mr. Green. Thank you for your generosity to the community, for all your research, your report database, for signing my book, and for being such a gentleman. I am sorry for everyone's loss of this man. All of the family and friends he's has made along the way and the legacy he has left us, not just in the subject of Bigfoot, but also in the life lesson of maintaining sensible objectivity. There's work yet for me to do. I will now do the work in your memory.

  6. I am sorry to hear that he has passes, I am very sorry for his loss and for his family who will truly miss him. His book "ape among us " was his first book I had ever brought on bigfoot and it was after my sighting. I really wanted to learn what I could and this was the first book that sounded like what we were interacting with. So he is now up with all the great researchers with the one who knows all. May your light shine while we search for this elusive creature Mr. Green.

  7. If you're gonna just leave it out overnight then use what ever you got. When we have campouts i will use my high dollar zoom h5 and h6 along my sony p333's. These zoom recorders are basically a recording studio in a very small package and the built in stereo mic's are superb. The drawback is you only get so many hour of continuous recording and is only good for one night if you turn it on late in the evening. When I need to leave an audio recorder miles away and it's simply not feasible to retrieve it daily then I need to rely on something that I know for a fact will give me continued non stop recording day and night, enough for no less than three to five or more full nights of audio including the daytime audio before the batteries run out. The cheap sony p333 with the external sony stereo mic is perfect for the job and fully field tested. And it's small and slender. The knock off stereo mic versions will work just fine and cheaper.

  8. Actually you made my point without knowing it. If coal is dated 359 to 299 million years ago because it is coal and in the Carboniferous but it is found that coal can be formed more recently because of carbon 14 dating and decay then all of strata dating is wrong, including dating of human fossils. Objects completely embedded or encased in a lump or formation of coal have to have been formed when the coal was. Stratification dating is based on known or presumed dates of layers and you walk further or more recently in time going up or down in the strata based on some known or presumed to be known date of a layer. If strata markers used to determine significant layers are wrong based on wrong assumptions, the whole system is wrong. But science comes along and continues to use the same yardsticks for time measurement based on something that is only assumed in the first place. Reminds me of when I was a fireman. Every before noon every day the fire department dispatcher would check the phone company 911 dispatcher time to make sure their clock was correct then blow the siren precisely at noon. One day someone called the fire department and said that the whistle was blown 5 minute after noon on their wrist watch and wondered what was going on. The dispatcher checked his clock with the phone company time and they matched so he did not understand why it would have been late. Then he called the phone company and asked them what they used to make sure their time was correct. They replied that they checked their phone time with the fire station siren every noon. Each one was using the other to set their time and it gradually drifted off the real time. Is that what is going on with stratification dating?

  9. Lack of early human fossils in North America is not the problem. The problem is that some have been found here but they are too early to be believed. DWA's "anomalous remains" are things like human remains encased in Carboniferous coal hundreds of feet underground in a coal mine in Ohio. Rather than figure out how that could happen science just ignores things it cannot begin to explain. I have often said North American history is completely wrong. But if some of these anachronisms are real, human history is wrong too. Bigfoot or ancient human skeletons or fossils are out there to find in North America if they have not been found already.
