Going to pass on Sasquatch Summit for the first time this year in several years. Lodging is expensive or not available and the majority of the speakers were at the Kennewick conference. I think they need a year or two to get some new material. Meldrum does the best job of changing up his presentations but I had seen his presentation before at the recent Kennewick conference. I guess that is to be expected when you are a frequent conference attendee. It is getting to the point at conferences where people in the audience have more recent experience and things to discuss than some of the speakers. I guess it is the difference between those that mainly speak and those that do field work and get the experiences. Too bad we cannot somehow get the two classes of people together and get the information out to the rest of us. I guess that sort of thing is one of the major problems with BF research.

Hiflier- I've always thought that a good strategy! Saves on bullets, saves on BF's!! However, there is validity in the thought that once acknowledged there's gonna being a lot of groups out on the hunt for specimens/trophies. As far as specimens go, it's not going to end with just one, and with trophies, well...that's nearly limitless, and which ever comes first, if one does, it will open the door/floodgates for the rest. That's simply how we hairless dwarves seem to operate....

I'm probably one of the few who doesn't put sugar in corn flakes.. If it's not sensationalized there wouldn't be much of an audience. It's not really hard to pick out the bad stories. And some actually made me go, hmm, now that might have actually happened. But for the most part for myself, 90% would sound like a person had started watching FB couple years ago and just wants to say they had an encounter when they actually didn't. I'm sure Wes would love to have our first encounter on his show. I will say one thing about the Outlaws, even though they dramatize their shows as much as all the the other podcasts, But unlike other podcast hosts, Bear and Coonbo can go to certain places and call them in. That's fact..
