  1. I have the same problem, people confusing me with the Huntster. Two outspoken, rugged individuals. I am, however, far more handsome than that gentleman!

  2. Oh come on! The only alien that fits the description....... is a Wookie. And everyone knows they lived in a galaxy far far away.....a long, long time ago!

  3. Or he climbed into a hole with a bear and stayed there until it quit raining. The bear was hibernating and didn't know or care. If he was out in the woods for two days that's the only thing that even halfway makes sense, and apparently he was out there in the woods. I think if he had been abducted by a person he would have said that, not a bear.

  6. I took a look at his "work" a few years ago, and was not too impressed. As far as I'm concerned, there was no need whatsoever for him to "invent" a new phonetic alphabet for Sasquatch, since every sound can be made with the current International Phonetic Alphabet. There are no new sounds that need a new written phonemic representation. He just re-invented the wheel. As for no direct correlation to other modern human languages, |I played the Sierra sounds tapes (the part where Morehead tries to interact, repeating what the creatures were saying) for my students in China, and they instantly recognized the speech as a very fast version of Northeast Mandarin dialect (specific to Jilin and Liaoning provinces), asking "What are you doing?" and "Do you want to fight?". BTW, when I played it for them, I did NOT tell them beforehand, what it was. I also played it for my wife (she is Chinese) under the same circumstances ... no prior information to what was in the recording. She came up with the exact same answers as my students. I did this experiment before I had even heard of Nelson. I had read that one theory of migration had to do with crossing the Bering Land Bridge, so I figured that if this was to have merit of any kind, there "should" be some similarity at least, in language. The mongoloid race goes back thousands of years, and the language has stayed relatively constant, with very few changes, throughout the millenia. Some of the First Nations people also continue to exhibit some of the Mongoloid facial features, as well, so it wasn't not too hard for me to extrapolate that perhaps Sasquatch and the First Nations migrated here relatively close together in time, give or take a thousand years or so, and spread themselves out over this continent, with First Nations progressing and adapting to their new environments, and Sasquatch staying primitive, and using the land to hide and keep away from others (were they the hunted, perhaps?). I feel there is some merit to Nelson stating that Sasquatch language is similar to some Asian languages, especially if the Bering land bridge theory is true, however, I believe that it may have developed even further from there to be more region specific. For example, New York Sasquatch language could have developed differently from, say, Skunk Ape, or Pacific Sasquatch language (or dialect). Anyhow, I'm kinda getting into a totally different topic here, so I'll shut up now ...

  8. Yes, the hair was a little longer on top a fair amount so on the sides and back of the head. Hair also crowded up from under the bottom of the cheekbones toward the nose. I am not a great artist but this is a drawing I did a while back from a profile view.

  9. Not implying anything as such, but trying to think of alternatives to what the group claimed. Maybe be there were members of the group hoaxing other members of the group. Maybe the whole group were hoaxing. Maybe the whole group were being hoaxed. Maybe everything they said was true. The point is, without further updates we’re all in limbo and the longer we don’t hear anything, the more people like me will speculate that all wasn’t as it seemed. Best regards, Lee

  10. Sure, but add an inch of hair to the middle of the face, and 4 inch hair all over the place on the top and sides, and it would get mighty close. I suspect hair length and color can vary quite a bit with age, region, and even individually- but they would all have hooded noses for instance.

  11. I did not go back with a long tape, I did go back and walk toe to heel and came out at like 115 to 118 steps ( I don't remember what size shoes I had that day ). The 120 feet is my closest estimation. I was able to see that the creature had male equipment ( general shape and bulge was visible at times both in profile and turning ) besides his physical frame. I could not see details ( there was thicker hair around the area ) but I could see some color and texture difference with the lighting I had at the time. I guess I will be frank, there was something there that contrasted with the hair color and pattern that indicated a protrusion of soft tissue that was dark gray/brownish ( not as dark as the hair ). I honestly can't say much more than this as I was more concerned with where it was looking and moving.

  12. Here is the location of the grandmother's house. I take it he was found 40-50 yards across Toler Rd and a little bit to the east. Other notables: "K-9 units with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children helped in the search." "According to National Weather Service data, the night Casey went missing, temperatures in Craven County were below freezing for roughly six hours. Hughes said early in the search that he was concerned the child wasn't dressed properly for the weather." "We responded on a tip, located by voice this young man, went to him, disentangled him from some briars he was hung up in, brought him out, here we are," >>I read somewhere that he was completely stuck and could not get out on his own. Hmm, almost like someone placed him there to be found... Hughes added that the little boy wasn’t dressed properly for the weather and he was concerned about ditches and sinkholes in the area.

  13. To me it showed the child was cared for. Had he been alone in the woods during that period, he would never have made it. Something took care of him. That seems certain. Would love to hear what the boy has to say.

  14. Call me crazy but this is my opinion He was taken by a Bigfoot out of that area , it's not a huge area . 600 people with dogs , pro SAS , helicopters would have found him sooner . For what ever reason he was brought back to that area and placed there to be found.

  15. What would be cool is ask him can you draw a picture of the bear that helped you.

  16. I did read it but the only reason in my humble opinion it doesn't apply is he said a bear . Children in 411 cases have used the same term . Now if he he had said power rangers helped me or something like that maybe but he said a living breathing large fury or hairy animal helped him.
