  1. You are correct. They did not seek out bigfoot who simply showed up. These mostly rural people probably did not even lock their doors until they became aware of BF on their property. Drapes closed, locked doors, makes them feel like they are under house arrest or seige in their own house. Then they finally see what is prowling around the property and it is giant and frightening and they fear for their life like a hostage would. Then over time when they are not killed, they begin to feel grateful they have not been harmed. They begin to appreciate and even get protective of their uninvited prowlers. Some make the mistake of beginning or continuing feeding the BF. That creates trouble if interrupted. The parallels are very strong.

  2. My study situation started out as access to a habituation site. An elderly farm couple had been feeding the local wildlife to lure them close enough to see when the BF showed up. I remember the farmer saying "you wouldn't believe what my wife has been feeding." I found the area where they had been sleeping on warm summer days and started my efforts to get photos without running them off..Unfortunately the photos are taken from a long distance and are not clear enough for some. I like them though. ShadowBorn, If good evidence is ever obtained, the location will surely be revealed and the location overrun with uninvited guests. Most Habbers have thought this through and chosen to pass. I suggest folks go down to eastern Oklahoma and buy a rural farm. Star putting out sweet corn on the cob and sit back and wait.

  3. What BF wears sunglasses? Oh wait a sec... hmm, have you ever seen that belly-crawler BF and NatFoot at the same party? It all makes sense now! Sorry, NatFoot. I couldn't resist.

  5. The habber's and the ones who say they speak to them with their minds I've watched on some youtube channels all seem looney , everyone of them. I don't believe any of them.

  6. If @Hellbent ends up doing something, I am going to compile a list of everyone's pet peeves that have been listed on this forum...and have her pepper a few in every week. Start slow...and then build. Remember that cartoon The Smurfs? Where the word Smurf was used as a substitute noun or verb in almost every occasion? That's how 'algorithm' will be used here. You all will be horrified, but will be unable to stop watching. I will check in on the thread every week just to watch the fallout.

  7. For those of you who were impressed with the excellent research, applied science, full transparency, and scientific discoveries demonstrated during the 3 week Expedition Bigfoot that took place in a secret wilderness area in central Oregon (selected by a highly advanced algorithm), you can attend the International Bigfoot Conference in Kennewick-WA (Sept. 4-6, 2020) and pay your respects to: Mireya Mayor Ryan “RPG” Golembeske Ronny LeBlanc Bryce Johnson Russell Acord They will all be there. If you are planning to attend, please tell them how much you appreciate their outstanding effort in moving Sasquatch Research forward with their TV show. https://www.internationalbigfootconference.com/

  8. I think I’ve figured it out. The crawling Bigfoot has sunglasses on. He found them along the road one night. The two behind the trees are waving him back so their sunglass wearing isn’t discovered. Crawling Bigfoot is that doofy friend we’ve all had who has impeccable instincts for messing things up. After everyone got back home Crawling Bigfoot was put in a monthlong sunglass time out.

  9. I was thinking some more about this, Airdale. If Sasquatch DNA isn't already stored somewhere then no one would know what that gene (or genes) might be. But, more to the point, it would be almost guaranteed that it wouldn't be the same as the four NOTCH2NL gene variations seen in Humans. It means that anything other than the Human four-gene variation set up would still indicate a novel primate outside of Humans. The key to the whole thing lies in the fact that we have these four variations of functioning NOTCH2NLgenes. And since Chimps and Gorillas are the ONLY OTHER mammal that has them, and only two of them at that, then ANY configuration, outside of our four-variation Human one, would be proof positive of a Sasquatch. Especially if it was found in a DNA sample North America. I need to remind everyone how new all of this is. The papers came out only a year and a half ago (May 2018). Which means that neither Ketchum (2012) nor Sykes (2014) had this knowledge. It makes me want to go back and look deeper into any "Human contamination" in their results.

  10. CGI is not something that is done on a typical desktop computer, and in processing this still from the video through three different software programs, PhotoZoom Pro 6, AutoEye Gen 2 and Topaz Adjust 5 there is nothing to suggest the "eyes" are not original to the video. That said, if this is a "typical" Bigfoot, I can't imagine how those could be eyes; with the head down at such an angle that the crest barely shows above shoulder level the eyes would be occluded by the brow ridge. My only guess would be that they are an area beneath the brow ridge and shaded by it and the "blinking" is a result of the head angle varying slightly causing the shaded area to be partially or completely blocked by the ground cover. The eyes may be in there somewhere, but those areas are much too large to be eyes.

  11. Well Moneymaker finally posted one up a day or two after it happened 1/31 or 2/1/20: http://www.bfro.net/GDB/show_report.asp?id=64024 VERY near GSMNP and Fontana Lake and Nantahala River area of Wesser, NC home of the NOC one of my old stomping grounds and annual trout fishing expedition destinations Thanks to @Cliff Barackman for tweeting this up The couple turned around and the same 8-9 ft tall BF was still standing in an area where it could be seen and observed. This is among the biggest BF that I have heard of in NC I know this area, and know another dusk sighting on the river by fishermen occurred in the past somewhere on that same road or nearby. I would imagine @BlackRockBigfoot is trying to smoke it out as we talk. I know the general vicinity and have traveled down this road and it is beautiful but pretty far rural and some tough driving with not the best paved roads. I asked my friend if he wanted to fish the Little Tenn. tomorrow, I doubt I will get a response after forwarding him the sighting. Since it will be a bright sunshiny day and I haven't been in the area for awhile I am going to do some Monday driving

  12. Natfoot Was just joking, Brother. I understood what you meant. My humor is some times not that great and is dark at times. BRB Am sorry to hear about your chickens. I live in the city so am not familiar with raising chickens . I have seen people raise chickens here in the city and have heard a roosters in the morning call out through out my hood. I did once try to catch one of these loose chickens running around loose in our hood so that we can have some fresh chicken. But found out that it was my neighbors chicken.. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now for this show that has left me very disappointed ever since I found out it was being filmed on a private ranch. That a lot of it could have been faked and been acted out so that it could fit a story line. Even though the events lead up to what Bigfoot encounters really do lead up too. All the events feel like they were fake and made to seem like they were actually happening for real. I felt like it was a mockery to what really happens in the field of research of Bigfooting. Like it has been said before that this is ll entertainment and is meant for ratings for a network. The only good thing that what has been said on the show is " That we have no idea of what we are dealing with ". There is nothing more true then those words spoken right there.

  13. If we ever actually do a show, we will bring you on as a consultant to help us navigate the treacherous and rocky shores of cryptozoological reality television. That is an unpaid position, of course.

  14. Watching the analysis, I'd forgotten how fast the subject moves, like Flash-squatch. Superimposing the human skeleton over the profile and looking at the angle of the skeletal face vis-a-vis the subjects put me in mind of Bill Munns' presentation at the Texas Bigfoot Conference a few years back, where he demonstrates that if Patty was a human in a suit, they would have been looking down through the nostrils rather than out the eyes. It also causes me to revise my assessment above WRT the angle of the eyes; while the eyes are certainly not close to filling the entirety of the dark areas, they are likely somewhere in there. I still suspect the "blinking" is an artifact of vertical head movement causing partial, intermittent occlusion of the shadowed area around the eyes created by the brow ridge.

  22. I certainly don't think their brain is on par with ours, but possibly along with it's bipedal gait and evident omnivorous diet (and I know chimps are at least somewhat omniverous) there are other differences. While some believe the population is quite limited, I'm not so sure; they seem to have mastered living everywhere from seeming desert waste through mountain wilderness and withing the fringes (at least) of human habitation. Just between your State of Maine and mine of Montana there are vast areas seldom trod by human feet for such a creature to live well. Possibly some gene for a different type of intelligence developed independently in Sasquatch, as bipedelism seems to have done. Always more questions than answers my friend!

  23. If this is true...we should be hunting every last one of them down in whatever part of the country that is. That's not curiousity....that's stalking in preparation of doing something nefarious.

  26. But this is the EXACT problem Redbone is addressing.... Working together towards a common goal requires meticulous note taking including coordinates! Knowingly lying about locations to foul other researchers IS the problem. I have followed up on one BFRO report in Montana. Nothing was were they said it was. Making it impossible to find. Science requires testable and repeatable results! As a community we SHOULD be working together. But that does NOT mean we should be praising charlatans who produce phony data because they wanna look cool or sell reality TV shows. If I tell you that I’m somewhere you can dang well bet the farm that’s where I am. And you can drive there yourself and check it out.

  27. I must be in the minority because I like the series a lot. They've had: 1) Thermal results, which we can debate what it was 2) A hair found that was reviewed by Jeff Medrum and found not to possess a medulla. 3) Eyeshine recorded at a tall height 4) A wood knock response in the last episode 5) A scream/howl response in an earlier episode 6) A bed discovery of some type 7) I forgot to add that on the howl that was recorded, forensic sound analysis yielded infrasound. That's significant in my opinion. How much of this would I get if I went out for three weeks? The above seems like a lot of activity. I'd be absolutely thrilled. As far as the thermal recorded by Russell Acorn is concerned, I find it very interesting. It certainly looks like something upright and walking. It also looked larger than Russell and spooked a deer. What was it? What other choices are there other than a human or a sasquatch and what human would be out in the dark alone in a place that is reasonably remote? I'm sure they queried and inventoried the production crew so that's out of the question.

  28. Lets say you are using a .308 for whitetail hunting . Your rifle shoots 1 MOA You have 30" to 32" of drop at 400 yards plus a half second or more of flight time . Wind drift can be 5 or more inches on a cross wind of 5 or 6 miles an hour which is not a lot of wind to feel.
