Maybe that is why the Chinese have trouble with creating infectious disease? They eat to many of each other? Cannibalism promotes disease in a species. I take so much medicine now my meat has to taste bad. (Notice to all bigfoot my meat is nasty) I just had a thought about my previous post. Humans leave evidence of their presence in old strata containing animal kills. We leave tools, arrow and spear heads, fire rings, and sign we have worked bones with scrapers and broken bones to collect marrow. Without use of fire and tools, BF leaves little evidence they have harvested an animal. The only evidence that BF would leave is tooth marks. If those are not noticed or assumed to be some scavenger a very old kill in 100,000 plus strata would be simply assumed to be a natural or death attributed to some other predator. The more I look at this the more likely I think BF migrated before the last ice age.2 points

Hello. I am from B.C. Canada As a avid outdoorsman I have had some unusual experiences yet I remain a skeptic. I look forward to some intelligent discussion.1 point

Aftersome more reading it looks like Gigantopithicus is more closely related to Orangutans. Orabgutans split off eleven million years ago. G. Blacki, nine million years ago. That means that, like Orangutans, it more than likely didn't have the dual NOTCH2NL gene that Chimpanzees and Gorillas have. I'm just trying to keep this hominid line stuff straight. So, Orangutans, THEN Gigantopithicus, THEN Gorillas, THEN Chimpanzees, and THEN my hypothetical Sasquatch, And THEN the Homo line with all of its species branches that eventually included ours.1 point

Congrats on the calf, Norseman, looks like it's got a nice coat going for itself and mom is looking, good too. Saw a three-week old foal myself a couple of days ago at a friend's farm. Anther one coming in about a month.1 point

Fed this morning and discovered the first calf of the year! I then took a drive over to Sullivan lake and Boundary dam. The boat launch is open at the dam. The pend oreille river is mainly free of ice. Sullivan lake on the other hand is iced in hard. It snowed on me and was socked in good. Not alot of pictures opportunities.1 point

Here are some recent findings to support my theory that BF arrived before humans. Notice that the only tools that seemed to be used were the large rocks to smash the bones and extract the marrow. Bigfoot uses rocks to throw and smash. Human ancestors in elsewhere on the planet were using rock scrapers at the time. Also notice that whatever did this could not have been modern human because they did not move out of Africa before 50,000 to 80,000 years ago. The authors of the study even theorize it could have been a species unknown to science. So we have an unknown species in North America 130,000 years ago using rocks like BF does but not using scraper tools or projectile points like man was at the time. Also unlike man at a mammoth kill, there was no indicatiion of fire at the site, because humans would subsist for weeks on the kill and keep a fire going to keep predators away. The only thing that could point more directly at bigfoot would be if they found 20 inch or better footprints in the soil layers. https://www.nytimes.com/2017/04/26/science/prehistoric-humans-north-america-california-nature-study.html1 point

Up in Northern Michigan. Now that you flipped that picture around it looks a lot more like a cat looking down at the camera. I am sure that what we are looking at is a cat and not what everyone thinks it might be. It could be a small bob cat or might even be a domestic cat. But that is what I am sure that what we are looking at. Sorry for taking the fun out of this but that is what I am seeing. I am pretty sure that we are looking at a lynx up close.1 point

Right. I don't know what is going on, but if you start getting equipment failures in close proximity in time and space, keep your eyes open around you. I'm not saying anything specific, just a sense something is up that you might miss if your focus is too fixed on the equipment and not your surroundings. It could be something you really really really need to be alert to. .. and I don't suggest that it is specifically bigfoot related, might just be something we put ourselves close to by being out there looking for them. He has said in his video that if he did ever try to shoot one of these creatures. That he would never make it back to his truck alive. This only says what a lot of us have said that these creatures never travel alone. Where you see one there are two or three around some where near. We just do not see those others that are around. Yes. it is true that he does not have no interest of pursuing these creatures.1 point

No, not implying that. He has stated repeatedly that he has no interest in searching out “these **** things”, although, to hear him tell it, he did at one time. Those who think it might be easy to grease one of these beings might benefit from his perspective, possibly. I don’t think he has any agenda other than to move the needle of public acceptance of the likelihood of existence. I think this is all he is referring to when he makes his “its coming...things are turning around” comments. In this belief he may be a little naive....as far as creating a “game changer “ goes. Time and again we have seen how durable is the public’s need to pretend this is not happening.1 point

I don’t get the sense that he is anything other than what he advertises himself to be: A working stiff who has been forced to accept a reality he did not want and is not entirely comfortable with. The lifestyle and occupation he has pursued before this tells me a lot about him, maybe more than his words do. I also take a lot away from the total lack of discussion from him regarding the obvious question: Why don’t you go hunt one? If you don’t know why that is not something he would be interested in, you probably need to listen more closely to what he says. I do believe him when he says he is completely overwhelmed by how quickly his channel has gained momentum. Like a lot of populist and transformative figures (and yes, I consider him to be one) he has stumbled on a huge demand for his point of view that defies what everyone might have predicted, and which he probably also doesn’t quite understand. He rails about the Deep State Sasquatchers, etc. Sounds a little familiar, me thinks. it will be interesting where he goes with this. Like a lot of usurpers, the initial messaging is the easy part as he exponentially increases his followers. After that? Who knows? Increasingly he will be pushed forward as The Spokesman on this topic. My guess? He would rather go hunting. . I expect that after too much longer he will have said all he cares to say and he will drop off. His legacy though is predicted to be something that might just push this topic a little more towards the light it needs and deserves.1 point

14 x 8 with a fence around it for a run dont sound to bad for 55 chickens considering they housing can go vertical very easily. I believe the goat was a pygmy he said, pretty small. Listened to the whole thing, pretty good stories and he sounds sincere but the only criticism I have, and I always have to play devils advocate, he seems to hit on all the major BF stories, stealing or messing with kills, throwing things, messing with farm animals, messing with vehicles, stalking the house etc. So are these typical BF behaviors that we can start putting together a pattern or are they points people telling stories hit on to try and get credence and fit the typical story? I"m not claiming that is the case here but it always makes me wonder and I tend to lean on skepticism first so as not to try and fall for a con. Hopefully more comes of this and there are good updated.1 point

This is a repost of my 43 year old sighting- experience. We weren't doing Jack Daniels, dope or shrooms ................................. just dead tired after cutting 4 cords of wood and stacking it in our truck. We did this by hand and and with no gas wood splitter. We were good ol native Oregonian mountain men working in the beautiful forest. I'm still trying to figure what caused me to snap awake, stare into the woods, and look into the face of some unknown animal looking back at us. I don't remember noise or anything but automatic wake up and look. Maybe infrasound? What do you think? It's a good thing there were two of us since I think some bigfoots pick off single warm blooded people in the woods on rare occasions. My friend and I went wood cutting in the Butte Falls area that is North of Medford, Oregon. This was around 1977. Bigfoot was not a consideration for me or my partner, Bill. We cut up fire wood all day until we dropped, and spread out our tarp and plopped our sleeping bags down for a night’s sleep. It was a warm summer night in the open forest with tall trees spread all over. We were on the forest floor that was flat ground with tall fir and hemlock trees with some brush here and there. Something woke me up. I looked across this clearing to this dimly lit, huge fallen log about forty feet away. This hair covered creature is behind the log staring at me. It has no big fuzzy ears like a bear. A Black Bear has a flat head and long snout, and this animal had a cone shaped head and no snout. This animal had broad shoulders much wider than a bear. Only the top one fourth of its body was showing since the log blocked the rest of the view. Having no fear still puzzles me to this day and writing about this event helps.
