That's the one jet that scared me the most on the flight deck. When i first went into the Navy and it was my first time on the flight deck I stayed well clear of the whale. I remember seeing that movie they showed you while in the Navy. That guy getting sucked in the intake and he was not even that close to it's intake of the front of the jet. We be moving jets around the flight deck like it was nothing and you would have to have your head on a swivel. It was crazy. Seeing your photo it looks like you were a plane captain or a brown shirt. Well any how happy late veterans day Brother.
Anyone know who’s German Shepard this is? Found this poor guy eating a dead deer on the side of the road no collar on him he is very snippy kinda mean just trying to find his home he isnt very friendly and was terrible to get into the car and whos home he belongs to let me know he is very antsy to go home
Nope, I was a plane captain, what the Army and Air Force call a crew chief. The A-7 is a single seat plane so no ride along. Frankly, catapulting off a carrier has never been on my bucket list.
Back at you shipmate!

Yes, those are some good video's. I love the snow you have there too. My favorite time to be hiking out in the woods is when there is snow and when it is some what foggy and snowing. I just love those times. Especially when you are hunting and you see deer out off in the distance and all you see is there breath. Kind a of makes you feel like the scene from the movie " The Deer Hunter ". Where they are going up that ridge to shoot that deer off that ridge.
I think that i would feel more comfortable having my next encounter in the winter when there is snow. Dark encounters are just not that great and really puts you on edge. The same would go with seeing them in the fall at night. You just do not feel comfortable. But having snow and it being night and all we might feel allot better.Even during hunting season. I usually can get into some funky places during the winter where one can not go during warm weather. What's cool is that you find tracks in snow that you might not find in the fall or in the summer. But you really have to search them out to find those tracks.
I've held the Desert Eagle L5 but never shot it. One of the advantages it has over a wheelgun is it holds 8 rounds vs 6. Not sure if they make an extended mag for it. Put a red dot on it and you're ready to have a fun time.
Great videos. What a beautiful ride in the winter wonderland! Enjoying the sasquatching adventure while hoping for results is the most important.
I was out Sunday night without results and will be overnight again tonight.
