Greetings, I have had a general interest in cryptozoology since childhood, and a special interest in Sasquatch/ similar creatures. I had a sighting around 1987 on my grandfather's property of a hairy bipedal creature during the early evening, about one hour before sunset. The experience left me with many questions, but few answers. I am an avid hiker and backpacker. I grew up hunting and fishing. I love the outdoors, nature, and animals. I hold a scientific degree, with a focus in emergency disaster management. I am a scientific minded individual, and utilize critical thinking whenever possible. That's said, I have seen and experienced a few things that cannot be easily explained by mainstream science.

Hello I’m Chris from Ny . I am truly fascinated with this topic which is why I wanted to join this forum page. Unfortunately I do not have any encounter stories or sightings. I don’t think I will be able to add much to this forum however I do like reading the posts from everyone .

I picked up a 10" Bauer chainsaw from Harbor Freight because they had a really good BOGO type deal on a tool, charger and 5 amp hour battery. That combined with a 20% off coupon and I ended up with a angle grinder, brad nailer, and chainsaw for really really cheap. I even got an extra 5 Ah battery in the deal. I was thinking the little chainsaw would be handy to have in the back country when there is a log down which has happened before. It seems pretty good, but I did notice that it seems to leak bar oil when not in use. So, I'll just have to keep a few extra small bottles with me in the new Jeep (if and when it ever arrives, sheesh, it's been 5 weeks and 4 days, but who's counting). But it's a heckuva lot quieter than a 2 stroke.
