Cool, Norseman, thanks. Nice ear shot. Git yer am's and pm's squared away? Healthy looking animals The one drivin' that machine around doesn't look too bad either
I've always thought that the scent was more related to how possibly "stressed" or "excited" the BF is. If they are just ambling along and are aware you are around and they have good cover, they may not stink. But if you drop in on them when they aren't aware of your approach or are fishing and hunting in their food areas...well, they may get upset and the smell comes out as a natural warning like a snake rattle. Be fairly easy way for them to mark territory as well.
In areas that receive significant amounts of snow fall? This is the best time of the year to go out looking for snow trackways. I feel this is the holy grail in our pursuit for Bigfoot. Because snow is our biggest ally…. Unless Bigfoot sprouts wings! We can now especially in snow vehicle technology follow tracks to their conclusion!
Here is a video of the late great John Bindernagel!
I happened upon this PhD student in I believe Anthropology on Youtube from a completely different subject. She is Gutsick Gibbon, I challenge you to find a more enthusiastic speaker of Anthropology topics and evolution in general. She is a very talented speaker and has an informative video about Homo bodoensis. She has plenty of talks on human evolution.

Zombie's are gone:) Found a few nice juvie prints in a trackway, one was really good, two pics of the better prints. The 3rd pic was in a different location near a creek, and a weird 3-toed print. I find a couple of these a year, always near water, what the heck is it?
