  1. Had to replace starter in Grizzly. What a nightmare. Had to tear off the front, tank, air box and carb. The Yamaha dealer in Sandpoint sent me a Chinese starter. I said NOPE. Order me a Yamaha starter. But its 3x as much they say. Don't care. Also got a new heater fan in the Blazer. Its nice to have heat now! Also jerry rigged the plow. Hopefully it will last the rest of this winter. Was back blading and somehow caught the plow bracket and partially ripped it off the frame.

  2. There are a number of accounts in "Raincoast Sasquatch" of them swimming in the ocean.

  3. Potentially, yeah. I'd expect so. I think it is worth looking into. Applying the notion to my spots would fail ... what I'd want to do is fly the lakes with a drone. Water depth is often less than 20 feet and water clarity is such that anything new on the bottom would be pretty obvious, however, it's almost all within wilderness boundaries so we're back to the same problem as before regarding drones: no legal operating window. Mask and snorkel could work in late summer after the water .. or at least the near-surface water .. has warmed to non-fatal levels. I find the idea appealing.

  4. Same through this area…old logging and forestry roads crisscross our current area. Many of them are too far gone even for 4 wheel drive vehicles, but they are usually easier to navigate on foot then just busting through the brush. A lot of the national and state parks/forests used to be private property with inhabitants…before the residents were kicked off of their land by the government. If you pay attention to the lay of the land, you can often tell where old dirt roads or cleared spots for cabins used to be. We have found possible Sasquatch tracks on some of these old, overgrown roads before.

  5. It could also be a way to survive a wildfire as long as breathing was an option. If breathing wasn't then there could be BF or other skeletons in the bottoms of ponds?

  6. It would also be a potential way to regulate body temperature in areas otherwise too hot for a large, well insulated "critter".

  7. Well, we've had the Gladiator out to the woods a couple of times now, and it seems to drive like a dream! I'm love it so far!

  10. I'm in the UK and have been interested in anything to do with cryptids for as long as I can remember. I'd love to find something in the UK but I don't know if that's possible or not.
