They probably send a boring letter but then probably a statement added like , “but let me emphasize again, even though we at this time cannot acknowledge the existence of Bigfoot, we cannot guarantee at this time any successful killing of such a creature would be allowed under present or future laws”.

I don't know about this individual claim because, as a computer guy, I will never click through to ticktock :-) but I've heard coinciding footprints explained by erosion to a layer containing dinosaur footprints and redepositing of sediment over the top, in which anatomically modern humans have stepped. It appears the human footprint is in the same layer as the dino print, when in fact they're 100M years apart. Is this claim different, they're claiming a human footprint is fount in sedimentary deposits dated 200M years ago?

That may depend on who’s driving the Subaru. 😂 My wife’s Crosstrek has a lift and tires, but thankfully, it hasn’t been off road. She has been with me when I take my Jeep places that I find fun. She doesn’t always agree.

2022. Arrived a month ago yesterday. Got the plates on Friday. It's on its second tank of gas. There are upgrades in its future but first by bank account needs a breather 'cause along with this, I got Starlink and a new Sage fly rod. Time to put the brakes on for a month or two. In the mean time, I headed for the woods yesterday. Mostly fishin' but also keeping my eye open for tracks and running an audio recorder. It's about a month past the "hot time" for the area so it was no surprise that I heard / saw / smelled nothing at all. River crossing is via the white log. Sketchy but .. sketchy. The burn scar from a fire in 2008. Up on top above the ridgeline the burn continues. It is just over a mile to the top. I've spent a lot of time down in the shadow along the trail looking up into the timber with big glass .. spotting scope, 'nocs, and camera, but I haven't seen anything interesting in there yet. Nor have I heard anything. This is probably my favorite view. As a fishermen those pools look **good**. Can't get to them from the trail side though, there's a 15-30 foot drop-off into the water all along on my side. No way to get back out. The views are great. It's not that pleasant, though. By the time the river drops enough to fish the mosquitoes get real bad and by the time the mosquitoes back off the yellowjackets, then hornets, get going. There's always some kind of irritation. It's a nice place to hike in winter if you can get to the trailhead (snow). Also not a real safe place to camp because of the trees from that fire 14 years ago that are still falling. MIB

Too many times people attribute characteristics to ‘ Bigfoot’ I see shows like finding Bigfoot where they imply all kinds of things which no one can reasonably know even if we knew Bigfoot existed. They seem to almost know what Bigfoot’s favorite color is, favorite food, and so on. is Bigfoot human? The truth is how can anyone know what it is? When I see someone suggest Bigfoot is human I put this in the same category as knowing Bigfoot’s favorite color. I’ll assume the meaning is really Bigfoot is a human like ape. Bigfoot a human? Hmmmm. I have never had a sighting to make my own impression so I guess if those actual eyewitnesses flatly stated they are human then who should I be to say otherwise. But do they? In all these shows it just seems most the eyewitnesses say they saw a ‘ thing’ or creature. If they were describing a human they would say “ I saw this big guy, a big hairy dude in the woods”. If that’s the bulk of the description of Bigfoot sightings, then I stand corrected. as someone who is undecided I don’t have a dog in the fight. I think even Gimlin said in the Arthur c clark interview it looked like a big hairy human being or words to that effect. I have spent some time at the St. Louis zoo I will say those established, captive apes seem very human to me. Maybe we project that with our minds to make them seem more human the way I do with my dog. I might buy a North American primate is out there but I don’t think there’s a hidden North American human tribe waiting to be discovered. Maybe I just don’t understand what is meant by human.

Hunting dangerous animals? Is dangerous….🫣 Science? Science is what heats my pot pie in the microwave. Science put 4 stents in my heart to keep me alive from poor youth choices. Science put 2 artificial discs in my neck after an old football injury gave me vertigo. I think it’s easy to bash science and over look all it’s given us humans. Science has spoken. They need a type specimen…. If that doesn’t float yer boat? Cool. If you wanna just read stories? Awesome.

I don’t understand why the government would have any motivation to repress or hide such a discovery.
