I was wondering if anyone on this forum is from Iowa. I live in northeast Iowa. We have the Cedar River flowing through our community. Since we have the river here, along it is a lot of woods throughout the town. My son found a wooded path that is located in the back of one of our cemeteries. The path and the cemetery are next to the river. I have heard that Bigfoot likes to be close to a water source and they dig cemeteries. No pun intended. Actually, yes it was. Seriously, Bigfoot was spotted here in my neck of the woods. That happened back in the 1970’s. I have not heard of any recent sightings. I love to hear if anyone in Iowa has had their Bigfoot experience. Thanks

^^^ We get BF leaving handprints on house windows, cars, getting into coolers, tapping on cooking stoves etc. To me that leaves only one answer to the age old question of bigfoots and trail cams. has to be the sensors. If they exist they must be seeing in a different spectrum than us. And that naturally leads us down the path regarding anatomy and such….. They are obviously not afraid of man made things or smells…..🤷🏻🤷🏻. But I suppose that’s a whole other horse to beat(again).

Last year on my bfro expedition we actually had one come into camp in the middle of the night and it was tapping on my camping stove.

Myself and three others broke away from our group to sit quietly in the bushes to see if anything trails them. They continued up the trail maybe another 100-150yards. I was scanning the area with the thermal unit I was borrowing. I looked at the group as they departed from this area that had a log laying down on the floor. The last member in line was my height(5’7”). As they departed I started scanning again, when I came back to the area they departed from I saw the largest figure walking from the hill to the exact location they departed from. This figure was near double the height of the last person was. The shoulders were sooo wide, it swayed back and forth and then lifted its arm up as if it were pointing in the direction the group walked off in. The arm was so long, I’m estimating it was about 5’ long. I was in such shock that I tried telling my small group where it was at but I couldn’t get my words in order to give good enough directions as to where to look. I took my eye off him for one second, and it was gone. I was shaking. And I don’t get that worked up for anything. Like I’ve said before, I’ve been to numerous haunted locations and stayed the night there. I’ve seen ghost, and objects move. It doesn’t phase me. This was ultimate shock and disbelief. Later on that trail, we had proceeded up in. Eye glow was seen by my wife, and as we left out of the area, we were followed out on the side of us by loud bipedal footstep. It basically escorted us out of the area.
