We didn;t collect any DNA when we, Todd, Darian, my brother and I encountered a Japanese pig tailed baboon in the temperate rain forrest in the foothills of the Oregon Coast Range. However Todd received a nasty bite on his hand though.1 point

I have never seen the northern lights like this outside of Alaska. As a boy the northern lights looked like a white sheet over Canada. This time we could see all the colors and they were right above us.

Cutting trail. Never ending job in a evergreen sea. Pulled 3 ticks off me already. Only seen deer and turkey thus far.
