Hello I’m Austin, been interested in the strange and paranormal since I can remember and Bigfoot has always been the one I said I’ll find him. Ron morehead and the sierra sounds got me hooked…I found the mountain that they are on and the paths they took...just to scared to do alone lol.Moved from Florida so new to Idaho and gotta make some friends to go looking for Bigfoot would be awesome.

Spot on, FLIR has had major issues for repair service since they have been sold to Teledyne. The best companies are Pulsar and AGM at this time regarding ease of use, resolution and storage factors. The majority of AGM units can be bus-powered off a power bank for 5 hours ( on-board memory ) for overnight use. I highly recommend Pulsar for a higher grade unit, they are sturdy and have great sensitivity along with accurate battery life at 8 or 16 hour use. The customer support is great also, no complaints from my experience.

He is trying to get 36K to make a movie. That will have him running on vapors for budget. He isn't trying to get rich off of it.

Standing goes into extremely remote country and puts more time in than 99% of the "researchers" on the subject. Geniusis learn from fools every day. Listen to all, discern for yourself, and log it as data. To be fair, we are talking about a mythical forest beast here, and all of us are deemed crazy by the mainstream. Stroud had to start somewhere and I look forward to seeing where his journey has taken him over the past 5 years or however long it's been since he finished the Survivorman Bigfoot series. Stroud hasn't revealed much about the contents of his upcoming film. Let's not turn this into a Standing thread haha there are already enough of those

To be clear, I am not defending Standing, I am defending Stroud for using Standing as a guide to get into the remote Canadian rockies and for being open minded and making his own judgements on people. Groupthink isn't good and Stroud doesn't do it. That's my point.

bear grylls doesn't deserve to have his name capitalized. he is a fraud. I agree about Stroud. He is as honest as they come. See, we can get along!
