Chim Chim
I must be missing something, I've seen the picture of the creature's left side and it bending over with it's head on the ground, but no more of the creature itself. Just the pictures of deer/bear at the same feeder and the scaled pictures with the photoshopped images on them, other than that I've never seen any more. 1

Exactly there is no smoking gun photo that shows the creature as a Bear….. There is no photo of a mangy Bear that replicates what is seen in the pictures for that matter. (Mange simply causes hair loss and muscle and tissue density loss, due to starvation, poor animals, from mites) I am more than happy to be wrong. And I will re-examine my position if new photos are produced.

Should be simple to do that better with a bear photo then on both images. It’s been years now everyone is still waiting.
Patterson-Gimlin
Actually most have moved on from these misidentified bear photos.

That interview altered the original photo (left) darkened the body and brightened pareidolia (right photo) on the side of the left leg to deceitfully represent it as a bear tail! Grubfingers
Its body position has been identified from the belly line that exposes where part of the right leg comes down from the other side.
CelticKevin
I'm still not sure on these photos. I'm now 80% sick, mangy bear and 20% "no clue". 1
