Guest Cervelo
John T, "Stankape said: I think that incredible claims require incredible evidence and I am not going to allow incredible claims to be made anymore without asking for incredible evidence. I for one am so tired of hearing this Carl Sagen line parroted over and over! I'm not picking on Mr. Stankape, but really, do incredible claims require incredible evidence?" Like it or not its right in the rules extrordinary claims require extrordinary proof but for some reason its not enforced. Some sort PC corrext BS and if you challenge the claim the "victim" can get as ****** as they want and then the games begin. But hey if thats the direction the forum wants to go so be it.... Guest
Dude! Wether its "in the rules" or not the concept is silly. Claims require evidence, period! Say what you will, name the claim, here or elsewhere, the evidence will be weighed on its merits! An extrodinary claim could have many tiny pieces of evidence submitted over decades that validate and finally prove the claim, eavch one small and NON-EXTRODINARY! Really.........please, review Science, the English language, and any rules of evidence in either legal dictionaries, debate proceedings, or kangaroo court protocols. edited for fat finger typing Edited December 23, 2011 by John T
Guest RedRatSnake
Yes, but thank heaven it's not "the anti-Bigfoot forum". I'll go with that thank you. Seasonal greetings to everyone! BP i will agree 100% and i am not asking for that change, but things need to be questioned and the forum as a whole needs to come together and decide if some one is full of it and not worthy of further posts, way too serious here and very little fun unless you agree to every shred of BF evidence put forth, no logic in that at all, is anyone interested in truth or is all most want is BF stories with no merit to them. If i am wrong then let me know and i'll pac up tonight cause i know how StankApe feels, i have already been that frustrated with the lack of reason that is being displayed here. bipedalist Posted December 23, 2011 BFF Patron Share Posted December 23, 2011 Your welcome to feel however you wish Tim. You've got email and a PM button and a suggestions thread, I'd suggest making suggestions when you "feel" the need. So they can be read in the manner that you wish. That is called a "continuous improvement" recommendation. Last I checked this wasn't the evidence thread anyway. But about those gamecams as asked in the OP though? Anybody ever sure they had BF in dead center sights in the gamecam and all they get is the bright white overexposure or jet black nothingness? Painthorse
Seriously, obviously my re-posting that pic when asked, sent you off the deep end into a rant. Where in the heck did I ever "say" that was a pic of a bigfoot, it's wierd! That's it! Now is there the possibility it could be something paranormal or something connected to EMF's I have absolutely no friggin idea, but there's more to this world than just seeing things in black and white. Sorry if you can't comprehend that. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but being rude is altogether another issue. Also why bring the little critter pic into the discussion? It wasn't being discussed, why try and stir the pot? BTW, I've been setting out cams for several years, you do get some hmmmm stuff, it's nice to share even though not everyone may not see the same things you do, but again, everyone has an opinion. As far as the 1000's of ISP's "and I will be back", did you say that in an Arnold Schwarzenegger accent? Just LOVE Arnie:P Edited December 23, 2011 by grayjay removed deleted quote

Guest StankApe
I am starting to think there is no game to be played. all these years not one peice of credible evidence. just anecdotal nonsense blurry photos and malarky. It sucks cuz i always wanted Bigfoot to be real, but I fear it's all for naught. Those of you who think you saw something, you didn't

I think you missing the point, it is not about if BF is real or not, it is about members claims not being scrutinized until folks are satisfied, a no BS hoax or false claim attitude, sure we can't tell if some is not so truthful but some claims kinda go beyond anything that could be real and those need to be heavily questioned and dealt with as a forum.
