I was just coming off getting drafted into the field in Novemeber, 2007 when I got a look at one for well over a minute in my scope on a Elk hunt near Seligman, AZ. By the way, it was not more than a few miles away from the Larry Jenkins toenail find. I think my encounter was a bit before that though, so when that story broke, it was pretty cool to tell my buddies, "see they're up there!!".
